Dog Bites

Dog bites can happen quickly and are scary. The fact that many victims in dog bite cases are children make them even scarier. Oklahoma laws are very specific about dog bites and require the dog’s owner to be responsible for medical expenses, counseling sessions which may be required after a dog bite, disfigurement and wages lost if you are working and lose time because of a dog bite. Keep in mind, however, you must file a personal injury lawsuit to get any financial compensation.
